Here are your terms and conditions for Pc shipping and repair process.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged due to shipping issues.

All repairs require a deposit fee of $30 upfront. This fee will be deducted from your invoice if repair is successful. THE DEPOSIT IS NONE REFUNDABLE! Most items come with a 1 year warranty UNLESS IT IS REFERBISHED. If there is a manufacturer warranty you must contact them for warranty repair or replacement.

The following items are not refundable/returnable: Refurbished laptops, refurbished desktops computers and refurbished game consoles.

We will assume NO liability for any shipping errors, we do our best to repair a machine/device but if something happens to the device that is in our shop we are not responsible. You have to trust us based on our history of great customer testimonials that we will treat you correctly in the event there is a dispute.

Abandoned Devices: If a device is left in our shop more than 3 months from our last communication it is considered abandoned and we will at our discretion hold and store the device or sell it/ otherwise get rid of it. We will not be held liable for any device that is left over 3 months without communication.

Estimate: Estimate invoices are NOT necessarily the final invoice. If you are not happy with the price we will ship it back to you for the cost of shipping.
